Steven is the Interim Chief Human Resources Officer for Alameda Health System and brings over 30 years of experience as a leader in health care with expertise in labor relations.
In addition to his extensive civilian career, Steven brings a distinguished military background, having served with honor and distinction in the United States Army for over two decades, where he held various leadership roles and received several commendations, including the Legion of Merit for Outstanding Service and the Purple Heart.
Steven holds a Master of Business Administration, Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tampa.
